This "treatise" is primarily about adults.... although the same postulates may apply less rigidly to an individual "child".... including those "adult" individuals with "childish" minds.

What a grave and grievous injustice there is in deceitfully telling young individuals, and adults with "childish minds", that we humans are all "created equal", and that each of us can succeed in any endeavor.... when in fact the frank and honest evidence clearly indicates otherwise. It is painfully obvious that there is truly a vast variability in individual, intrinsic "teachability" (intellectual "receptivity") among us human-beings. This individual variability in "teachability" has nothing-at-all to do with "race", "Bell Curves", gender, or ethnic background.




In this document, I am utilizing a self-evident truth.... a truth which every honest, cognizant human individual understands, accepts, and believes.... without argument. That "truth".... which is so obvious that it becomes almost embarrassing to state it.... is that there is a wide range of "cognitive ability" (intelligence) in all animals.... including human-animals. In human-beings, this variability in an individual's "cognitive ability" relates to numerous factors -- including genetic influences; schooling; parental characteristics; personal (individual) motivation, ambition, and pride.... and this "variability" in "teachability" relates also to a wide range of "cerebral chips" (God-given individual, "ordained" differences in us humans).... "cerebral 'computer' chips" which lead to a vast and differing array of distinctive individual characteristics, talents, skills, and proclivities.... in each of us humans. What do you possess that you did not receive as a gift.

A "problem" that arises with this basic honest "truth" about the God-given differences among us human-beings, is that some individuals, and certain human groups -- for various "political" and personal reasons -- vociferously disclaim this concept. The "politically correct" thesis of these loud-voices seems to be that every human-being begins life with a cerebral (intellectual) potential that is "equal" with that of every other human-being. That is, "they" seem to say.... every newborn infant is born with "potential" that is equivalent with every other newborn -- regardless of race, ethnicity, and gender.... "equivalent", that is, if each and every newborn can be adequately and equally nourished, and "nurtured", and "loved", and fully instructed by appropriate family and teachers. Under this "politically-correct" scenario, all human-beings would "develop" and learn and achieve equally with all other human individuals. In other words, they say -- there is, or would be, no "intrinsic" or innate differences in "teachability" and receptivity, in us human animals.

That widely proclaimed "politically correct" thesis might also claim that there is no intrinsic difference between one individual's "intellect" ( or "P.I.C.L.").... and another's. Theoretically, that is, in an "ideal" environment, each or all of us humans might opt to be a "nuclear physicist", or a "brain surgeon", or an astronomer, or a chess-expert. No one would be "left behind".... and everyone would be "rich" and successful..... with no inequality, no racial differences, and no income disparity.

That "politically correct" thesis -- that understanding.... to me.... is pure BALONEY.

The primitive hand-drawn chart, below, encapsulates the fundamental thesis of this composition. The "thesis" is rather obvious (painfully apparent); and it is correct, and true.... but in the world of today, even in our "Heaven-rescued land".... there are all kinds of devious and deceitful promulgations which attempt to twist human "variations", weaknesses, and "differences" -- as a wedge to divide and isolate individuals -- and to separate and/or alienate certain groups of human-beings.

AND.... there is not-infrequently an effort (on the part of some demagogues) to "EXCUSE" inadequate or inappropriate performance and behavior.... based on a concocted thesis that this-group-or-that-group cannot be expected to achieve at "normal" levels, because of certain innate or deep-seated circumstantial deprivations and "victimizations" --- either recent..... or from the distant past.

An individual, at a given point in his existence, can be "pin-pointed" on the diagonal "TIAP", which indicates (statistically) that a "higher" point on the "y-axis" presages a great likelihood of "higher" positioning on the "x-axis".

A person's "point" on the "y-axis" is like a point at the peak of a pyramid.... that is, all of the building-blocks, and underlying "materials" used in "constructing" the pyramid are of major pertinence, in a historical sense....and everything within the pyramid is greatly significant in its ability to indicate (or predict) the "strength" and underlying essence of the "pyramid" (that is, metaphorically -- knowledge, individual skill, insight, "intelligence", "widsom").... "glowing" at the peak (top) of the pyramid. The historical features (the facts) of the design, development, and construction of a particular pyramid (or an analagous, "metaphoric" individual human-being) are irreversible, unalterable, and uncorrectable.... as are all the genetic, environmental, and prior "circumstantial" events in an individual's life (i.e., no one can change the "building-blocks" of one's past. *). Therefore, "Point P", at the peak of the pyramid (metaphorically, at any "present-point" in an individual's life) -- has already been reached.... and has been factually and unalterably determined.**

Furthermore, comparably, the "future", in imaginary "dotted-lines", above-and-beyond the peak of the pyramid, are probably also "etched in stone". (That "fact" will be discussed below.... simply as a matter of further consideration, and "rhetoric".) (MYNE : Plan to extend above the point of the pyramid the potential and hypothetical projections -- which (logically) have already been "predetermined" by the size and depth and "angles" and content and build-blocks of the underlying pyramid.)



 
In the adjacent chart, on the Y-axis, are points which reflect the hypothetical sum of an individual's positive "teachabilbity" characteristics (intellectual "attributes", speed of learning, imbedded psychological quirks; attention-span; habits; personal discipline [motivation, etc.]; behavioral attitudes; genetic make-up; special talents; etc.). All of these factors of consideration are unrelated to an individual's "skin-color", or ethnic origin, or gender, or cultural background, or personal variations (appearance, etc). (No "Bell-Curve" distribution is suggested.... since we are speaking of "individual" human-beings).
